Technology helps talent: Zsombor Pásti's new achievements supported by the 4iG Foundation

The 2025 season was especially successful for him. With the Bányász Sportkör Ajka team, he won the Hungarian Rapid Championship title, then the national silver medal and a board prize, while also achieving several outstanding results in individual competitions at home and internationally.

The young athlete from Vezérképző SE is currently working with new coaches and further developing his skills with the help of digital tools. Technology plays a role not only in his daily training but also in his mother’s doctoral research, which explores the connection between sports psychology and digital learning.

Zsombor's development is further proof for the 4iG Foundation that technology and talent management create value by reinforcing each other, and that digitalisation represents a real opportunity for developing future generations.
