Digital development: real opportunities for everyone
The 4iG Foundation focuses on the digital transformation of education. We are working to bring the benefits of digitalisation to all levels of education, from primary schools to higher education. We support schools by improving infrastructure, expanding digital learning opportunities, and preparing teachers and students for the challenges of the 21st century. Special attention is also given to equal opportunities for disadvantaged students and to talent development, as we believe that digital skills are now key to the future.
Our goal is to make the digital future an opportunity for everyone, not a privilege.
How we support the digital development of education
The digital future is not just a vision—it is something we are actively shaping. Our programmes contribute to modernising education and strengthening its potential at both national and local levels.
- Equipment donations – we supply state-of-the-art digital equipment to educational institutions where its absence hinders learning or teaching.
- Talent programmes – we offer scholarships and mentoring to help students who excel in IT.
- Inclusion grants – we support disadvantaged students and communities to make sure they have equal opportunities in the digital world.
- Promoting coding and programming – we foster the development of algorithmic thinking and digital literacy from an early age.
We are working towards a common goal, which is to ensure that all children and young people enter the digital world equipped with up-to-date knowledge and real opportunities.
To achieve this, we collaborate with partners who are committed to sharing up-to-date knowledge and promoting the practical use of digital tools.
The list of schools receiving laptops through the Digital Opportunity Programme soon be revealed
The Digital Opportunity Programme, launched by the 4iG Foundation for a Digital Society, received nearly 230 applications from across the country. The peer reviewers have already begun the evaluation and will soon decide which institutions will receive the 220 tested and refurbished laptops.
