The list of schools receiving laptops through the Digital Opportunity Programme soon be revealed

The Foundation values the efforts of all applicants and is delighted that the submissions advance digital education through a variety of innovative and creative approaches. Several initiatives aim to improve equal opportunities in learning, strengthen digital competences and actively engage disadvantaged learners.

The quality of the applications and the social value of the submitted ideas are such that the judges face a truly difficult decision: selecting, from among these noble causes and the efforts of dedicated educators, those that will receive support this year. The Foundation therefore considers it particularly important that all applicants receive feedback and understand that their valuable, future-shaping work is recognised and appreciated.

The programme aims to provide hundreds of students with access to state-of-the-art digital learning, while repurposing IT tools that are no longer in use, but remain in excellent condition. Building on the technological support of the 4iG Group, the Foundation offers a sustainable solution to promote digital inclusion in schools.

The equipment is currently undergoing a final technical inspection and setup before being delivered to the selected schools ready for use.

Successful applicants will be officially notified shortly and invited to a handover ceremony in November to receive their laptops in person. The event will also include professional programmes, inspiring presentations and workshops to support educators, recognising those who are actively preparing the next generation for the digital world.
